Skills are what we teach students so that they can manipulate
and process Content:
Should be action verbs or verb phrases.
Should begin with a clearly observable, measurable verb (to serve
as a basis for assessments).
Should match the level of Blooms indicated by the standard it is
Should be aligned with the Content or Contents it will be taught
Should be aligned with the appropriate EQs, Assessments,
Lessons and Standards in each subunit.
Should be entered into TechPaths as a separate entry.
